Low monthly winter rates are available from November through February, making this an ideal snowbird rental in Destin. Monthly stays require arrival on the 1st of the month and departure on the 1st of a subsequent month. An additional $150 monthly cleaning fee applies. Please contact us for custom date requests or long-term stay assistance.
ℹ️ Important Guest Information
A user fee of $15 per guest ages 5 and older is required and includes amenity access and two parking passes. A pre-pay link is sent immediately after booking. Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. A $200 damage hold is required on a debit or credit card in the renter’s name. A maximum of two parking passes is permitted.
Online check-in is required and must be completed at least three days prior to arrival. Lost wristbands are subject to replacement fees. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or on the beach, with a designated smoking area located near the Highway 98 entrance.
